Founded in 2007, Haniel Travel Solutions was built on a simple idea: that truly remarkable travel begins with understanding the person behind the journey.

Owned and managed by Black women passionate about Travel and Tourism, Haniel Travel Solutions is led by Managing Director Melany Pugin, whose roots are in Durban. Our team of Junior, Intermediate and Senior Travel Consultants brings over 30 years of combined experience across airline, wholesale and luxury retail travel, enabling us to craft journeys with precision, creativity and care.
